GOVERNANCE & LEADERSHIP
At Defense Metals Corp, oversight of Environmental, Social and Governance performance is the responsibility of the Board of Directors. The Board ensures that the Company embeds responsibility and sustainability into its governing principles and practices.
The Board provides leadership in setting and supervising standards of Corporate Governance that create a culture of integrity throughout the Company.
